According to the records Inspector Shinozaki obtained,
the plain there has been divided into a temple... and their Great Prison.

I am avoiding translating it as 'soul' because this is a word without any kind of spiritual connotations; when Japanese media want to invoke soul, the word in use will be 魂.↩

So, it may be best to consider these two wholly separate continuities, if you weren't already doing that.)↩
