Next chapters: Special Re; Update
Well! That was disappointing. 🤣
The "extra" twelve pages are just a preview of Re;surrection's first chapter. From the start of it to the title page (with Kallen on the motorcycle). That is all.
There are a couple of paragraphs of the manga artist's commentary on the work between the end of Chapter 15 and the preview of Re;surrection, but nothing else.
I'll translate them and scan any extra artwork or pages in the other volumes, but. 🤣 😂 Not an extra chapter by any stretch of the imagination, I'm afraid.

canon

As I've indicated elsewhere, of course, I still think the Re; manga is meant to end ambiguously, and that it makes as much if not more sense for Chapter 15 to "continue" into the Miraculous Birthday special as it does for it to continue into the movieverse.
I would direct your attention, in any case, to Taniguchi and Oukouchu's commentary on the re;boot universe, as they've repeatedly indicated that they were perfectly happy with the original ending of the TV show where Lelouch died and that was it; that the new movieverse wasn't meant to overwrite or "redo" the TV shows ending, but rather to capture another path the story could have taken.
As such, I think being too fixed on what is "canon" is a mistake. You can, and should, make of CODE GEASS canon what you like. Despite the use of marketing language like "definitive", these things have always been intended as possibilities. If Sunrise was really that fussed about CG's canon, you wouldn't have literally dozens of officially licensed spinoff and AUs. (I mean, Lost Colors is basically a dating sim, where you, as a male self-insert, can pursue a host of the female characters as well as a couple of the male ones.)
Don't tie yourself into pretzels trying to nail down the continuity of these comics. It's going to continue to fit together uneasily at best, just like many of the (later, especially) Picture/Illust Dramas and Sound Episodes.

Also, Re; wasn't like the other CG adaptation manga — as near as I can tell, the script came straight from Sunrise, and Tomofumi Ogasawara only created the actual panels. Since the commentary is all from her (with the exception of the first volume, which has a short comment from Taniguchi), it wouldn't really make sense to go into that sort of thing.
I try to keep my expectations for these things fairly low, though — I definitely prefer being pleasantly surprised by something to being disappointed. :)

Either way, I have a social engagement with family (a birthday to celebrate) tomorrow, which will probably delay the translation somewhat. Sorry!
