I thought I'd had a general idea of what was happening and was right to a degree, though the detail that she thinks Lelouch and Nunnally would leave because of her doing badly in school is rather silly and one I didn't quite see coming.

To be fair, Marianne did give a stipulation that C.C. getting bad grades would reflect poorly on her and would cut Lelouch's allowance if he didn't tutor her up. There isn't a suggestion that C.C. really knows this that I can recall though. Possible that she had her own conversation with Marianne prior to coming.

The exact nature of their relationship is still a mystery here. There was that one memory of Euphemia's that seemed to be a young C.C. with Marianne. I wonder if perhaps she's like a sponsor to the girl or something like that?

Everything regarding why he's here is really obscured though so one can't really get a read of any of it. End says they are at the airport, but I'd be quite surprised if Lelouch and Nunnally are really leaving. Unless it's for just the weekend or to pick up their parents with Rolo coming in advance.

C.C. looked very cute when she saw she'd actually done it and her wanting to tell Lelouch so much is sweet as well. I'm basically expecting her to come running in telling him she did it so he can't leave because he has to create the Pizza Club like he promised. Then it gets cleared up and she gets embarrassed. Bonus points of Marianne is there and sees the whole thing.

Also, am I crazy or does the one shot of Charles shadowed have him look like he has normal hair rather than the curls? I now really want a clear look at him like this.
