This is the first time I've ever come across it, and I am willing to bet that it's somewhat old-fashioned — in more modern Japanese, you're much more likely to see (男)同性愛者 or ゲイ or any number of other loanwords. But 男色家 appears to be fairly neutral, at least when pronounced だんしょく (as C.C. does here) rather than なんしょく (which is an archaic term for a male sex worker)... and all the more old-fashioned terms in English are fairly offensive! Sigh.↩
4 お前と言うやつは is a slangy expression. The actual type of person is left implied by the unfinished sentence, but contextually Lelouch is expressing exasperation, espeically with that まったく, so I've inserted 'frustrating'; we trail off much less in English than in Japanese. This might also be a callback, of sorts, to one of C.C.'s catchphrases in the show ("That's why I am/remain C.C."), and is definitely Lelouch sighing over how very C.C. C.C. is being.↩}

...yep, there sure was. And looking back over this, I found a lot of other changes I wanted to make, or small sound effects I'd overlooked.

In my defense this post seems to have been made at 3am, LOLOLOL. I should've hung onto it for another day and posted it after a good night's sleep.
