One month after the FLEIJA warhead was used in Area 11—
It was reported that the 98th Emperor of the Holy Britannian Empire, Charles zi Britannia, had an important announcement to make concerning the many dead and missing persons.
However, the one sitting upon the imperial throne in the Emperor's place was none other than the Eleventh Prince, Lelouch vi Britannia, who had been believed lost eight years ago during the invasion of Japan.
Lelouch, who had become the 99th Emperor by killing his own father.
In concert with Suzaku Kururugi, who had managed to rise as high as a Knight of the Round despite being one of the oppressed Numbers and now followed him as his own knight, Lelouch demanded—
